Play Misty For Me : Le Contenu

Magazine culturel « prêt à diffuser » plongeant l’auditeur dans une découverte singulière et originale du jazz. Nous envisageons cette émission comme un parcours sonore dans lequel l’auditeur est invité à explorer différents méandres du jazz, y suivre son propre itinéraire improvisé, semé de rencontres inopportunes.

Notre parti pris est de nous consacrer, par le détour du cinéma, à différentes facettes du jazz. Les auditeurs sont invités dans une ambiance chaleureuse à se joindre à nous pour une exploration subjective/rêverie des thèmes développés. In fine, cette matière cinématographique sert de point de départ et fil rouge thématique (associations
libres à partir du film) et sonore (répliques, habillages sonores, …) à l’émission.

Par ailleurs, chaque émission fait la part belle à un musicien. L’interview de ce dernier constitue la première balise de plusieurs rubriques composant l’émission. L’invité est sollicité à évoquer sa bio, son rapport au jazz et son actualité subjective. Dans cette première rubrique, l’invité nous parle de lui, nous emmène dans son histoire, celle qu’il a choisi de nous livrer ; dans les rubriques qui suivent, l’invité est incité à réagir à une histoire, celle du film, dans laquelle nous l’emmènerons. L’interview est nourrie par le film et l’invité est convié comme les auditeurs à une découverte, celle du film ; l’invité est un auditeur à part entière, parlant de l’intérieur du monde du jazz.

Dans cette émission s’alterneront interventions de l’invité, capsules sonores (répliques du film, chroniques, etc …) et musiques. L’émission se veut à la fois informative et divertissante. Notre volonté de départ n’est ni d’apprendre ni d’enseigner, ni encore d’imposer un avis singulier, mais d’explorer par le biais du cinéma certains aspects particuliers du jazz en bonne compagnie, celle de l’invité.
