Histoire de Savoir – Sciences exactes – 08/03/16 – 18h15 – LES SECRETS ENGLOUTIS DU TITICACA
Des fouilles toujours arrêtées par littoral du lac, dont on sait qu’il a fluctué au cours des siècles, voilà qui a dérangé Christophe DELAERE, jeune archéologue de l’ULB. Reculant pour mieux sauter, il est parti en formation approfondie, a appris la plongée, les fouilles sous-marines, a monté un projet d’exploration des fonds du lac, a plongé, a creusé sous le plancher lacustre et a découvert des offrandes témouines de pratiques rituelles, un port, les restes d’un cimetière, toute une vie précolombienne inca et tiahuanaco…
Des techniques de fouilles très spéciales, une implication importante des populations locales et des communautés riveraines, un cinéaste tout aussi aventureux, et voilà des succès scientifiques, un documentaire rare Les secrets engloutis du Titicaca [prod : Panoramique Terre productions], …et pour vous chers auditeurs, un film de radio qui vous emmènera plonger à 4000 m d’altitude !
